Technical Support


SDC Internet provides a full range of technical services to our customers. Telephone support for service related problems is always free to customers of our services. All other telephone support will be charged at our normal hourly rate.

If you have a problem that cannot be solved over the phone, you can bring your computer into our office or our technicians can go to your home or business. On-Site work is billed at our normal hourly rate with a mininum charge of one hour.

Before contacting SDC Technical Support, please be ready with your username (or email address) and a clear description of the problem, including any error messages your computer is reporting.

Please note we cannot offer "24/7/365" support; we will attempt to answer emergencies on a "best-can-do" basis. We do monitor our emergency mailbox outside of normal office hours.
