How do I set up my computer for dial-up?

The exact procedure varies from one operating system to another. No matter the procedure, your computer will need the following information (which is also found inside your "Welcome to SDC Internet" brochure):

ISP Phone or Modem Number: Either 838-4125 or 838-1001.
User Name: The username we wrote on your brochure.
Password: The password we wrote on your brochure just below your username. Some computers may display only stars or dots as you type your password.
The following shouldn't be needed, unless your computer insists on it. Almost all computers made since 1999 will find this information automatically and won't ask you for it.
DNS Server Names: ns1.sdc.org and ns2.sdc.org
DNS Server Addresses: 207.225.60.1 and 207.225.60.7
